It is the communication tool between customers and PIRANI's support area, through which incidents, failures and improvements in the application are reported. 

What tools do we use for remote connections?

TeamViewer, AnyDesk, WebEx, Zoom, Meet, and Skype. 

How many hours of support does Pirani provide per year?

72 hours per year covering general application support.

Note: if the customer requires customized support, he/she should contact the support or commercial area directly.
