How does the PDF report personalization work?

Now, you can present your PDF reports to the board of directors with a better presentation since you can customize its design with the corporate image of your organization or with the one you are interested in.

Presenting management reports to the board of directors is essential to highlight the excellent work and protect the organization. At Pirani we are aware of that; that's why we launched "PDF customization" so that managers can present their PDF reports with a better image.

Where to find the PDF report customization?

To find the customization of PDF reports, click on the four dots on the left side of the tool and choose "Manage you Organization." here, you will find a new section called "Settings."

Enter the "Organization Settings" option and find the "Customize PDF" option.

What can I customize in the PDF report?

In this section, you can find all the options to customize and a preview of the changes made to the report. In the report, you will be able to:

Customize the logo: In the report, you can add a 52 px high logo in PNG format with a transparent background, which will be placed in the top bar and the report's footer. 

In addition, you can remove the logo by clicking on the "report without logo" box.

Change color: You can change the bar's color in the header to use the corporate colors in your reports. In addition, you can change the color of the graphic that appears on the right side of the header. To do this, you can type the color # in the corresponding boxes or click on the color box to select the one you want.

Remove graphical elements: You can remove the graphical elements that appear in the report by clicking on the "Report without graphs" box, and you can preview what your report looks like.

Important: After choosing all the corresponding changes, click the "Save" button to make it effective.
