Now, all Pirani entities have the advanced filters feature to help users visualize the registers of their interest better and faster.
With the advanced filters functionality, you will be able to search by name, by fixed and dynamic fields, by the different entities associated with the registers, such as processes, risk factors, and standards; you will also be able to filter by responsible groups to visualize more easily the registers assigned to your team.
Available in all plans and management systems ⚡.
Before knowing the types of filters you will find, you must consider that in this search, you will be able to use unlimited filters according to your needs. Also, remember that if you choose two or more options in a single filter, this will be taken as an "or," which means that the tool will show you the registers with one or more of the indicated characteristics. On the other hand, if you choose two or more filters, this will be taken as an "and," meaning that the registers must meet each filter to appear in the search.
Search by name or code:
To filter your registers by name or code, enter the section of interest, click on the magnifying glass icon, and type in the name or code you are looking for. For this example, we will enter the operational risks section and search for risks with the keyword "Fraud."
Remember, always click on the filter button.
Search by Fixed Fields:
In the search by fields, you can find the fixed fields created by default in the tool and the dynamic fields you have created. You can filter by risk impact, risk frequency, inherent and residual risk, risks affecting business continuity, and all the fields you have created.
For this example, we enter the operational risks section and filter the risks by those with a "Medium" impact. To do so, click on the filters icon, choose the fields option, then the risk impact option, and then the type of impact of interest.
You can do this with all the fields you find in this option.
Search by dynamic fields:
You will also be able to filter by previously created dynamic fields; among them, you can find:
Text type fields: You can write a word, and the filter will show you all the registers that contain that word.
Date type fields: You can choose a date range and visualize all the registers at that time.
Multiple, single, and compound fields: In these fields, you can choose one or more options, and the registers with at least one will be displayed.
Search by associated entities:
Depending on your management system, you can filter your search by processes or associated entities such as assets, standards, or risk factors. To execute this filter, go to the section of interest, click on the "Advanced filters" option, click on the down arrow icon next to fields, and then choose the entity corresponding to the management system. For this example, we enter the AML management system and filter it by customer-type risk factors.
The categories you will find in the risk factors are the ones created within the risk factors section in the tool's parameterization.
Search by responsible groups:
Now, you will be able to filter the registers to display only those that were assigned to your team. To do so, enter the section of your preference, click on the filters icon, then click on the down arrow icon next to fields, choose the option "Responsible groups," and then choose your group or the group you would like to monitor.
Can I export the filtered information?
With the advanced filters, you can now optimize your time because, besides visualizing the information of your interest through the filters, you can export the filtered information. Perform the search with the filters of your interest, click on the three dots on the top right next to the "Create" button, and choose the export option; an xlsx file will be downloaded with the information.
