If you no longer wish to continue with the Pirani tool and want to know what happens after your free trial or paid plan expires, this article is for you.
Here are the answers to the possible questions you might have ;)How long will I be able to have my account enabled?
You will be able to log in to your Pirani account until the expiration date of your free trial or paid plan.
If you are on the free trial: you will be able to check how many days your free trial expires at the top of the tool and you will also receive a notification when it expires.
If you are on a paid plan: you will receive a notification informing you that your plan is about to expire.
Can I export my information if I no longer continue with the tool?
No, you will be able to export your information only during the time your free trial or paid plan is valid. After that time you will no longer be able to download your data.
What happens to my data after the expiration date?
Pirani will store your information for a maximum period of 3 months. During this time you can request the reactivation of your account by paying a plan, with which you will be able to access the tool, continue managing your risks and download all your information.

After how long can I reactivate my plan without losing my information?
You can reactivate your account without losing your data during the next 3 months after the expiration of your plan or free trial. After this time the information, users and stored documents will be securely deleted.
Does Pirani have a secure data deletion procedure?
Yes, Pirani is ISO 27001 certified, which guarantees good practices in the use and handling of information.
